WinZip Malware Protector Activation Guide

Follow the steps in this brief guide to quickly install and start using WinZip Malware Protector.

Step 1: Open the WinZip Malware Protector installed on your PC

Open WinZip Malware Protector by double clicking the desktop icon that was added when you first installed the software, or go to the WinZip Malware Protector folder under the All Programs group in your start menu.

If you haven't installed WinZip Malware Protector, download a trial version.

If you've already received a Registration Key, you don't need to purchase a new one. To activate the trial version, simply follow the steps in this guide.

Step 2: Copy and paste the registration key

After you open your WinZip Malware Protector, copy the Registration Key which you can find on both the Confirmation Page, which is provided following purchase, and the email receipt.

Click the "Copy Registration Key" button, or copy the key to your computer by highlighting it and right-clicking, then select the copy command or simultaneously press the Ctrl key and the 'C' key.

After copying the Registration Key to your PC's memory, open the WinZip Malware Protector Activation window by clicking the "Register Now" tab in far right corner of your Malware Protectors Home page.

The WinZip Malware Protector Activation window is shown to the right. Paste the activation code into the highlighted area by clicking in the window, right-clicking the "Enter Registration Key" box and selecting the paste command, or by simultaneously pressing Ctrl key and the "V" key. When the Registration Key is successfully pasted, your activation window should look like the one to the right with your key in place of the example key.

Step 3: Completing Activation

The final step to activate your WinZip Malware Protector is to click the Register Now button. After a successful activation, you will see a window with a message thanking you and letting you know that WinZip Malware Protector is now active. That’s it! WinZip Malware Protector is ready to use.

Before activating WinZip Malware Protector Software software, please ensure you're connected to the Internet and can access winzip.com. You cannot activate your product without an internet connection.

Activation Problems

If you're having problems activating WinZip Malware Protector, please check the following:

  • Your computer is connected to the Internet and can access www.winzip.com or other websites.
  • You're using the entire Registration Key provided in your Confirmation Page or your email receipt.
  • If you have purchased multiple WinZip products, ensure you're using the proper Registration Key for your product
